Shipping policy

 

Despatch

Fine art prints are produced to order and will despatch within 3 working days (or 4 working days near Christmas).  Tracking details will be sent as soon as the art print is shipped.

Greeting cards are despatched within 1-2 days of ordering.

Original paintings will usually be despatched in 2 to 3 weeks.  We will be in touch with you directly to keep you updated.

UK Shipping

The majority of products have free shipping available within the UK (unless stated otherwise). You can normally expect your order to arrive 2 to 4 working days after the date of despatch. 

There are various other options for delivery available depending on the product.  Options will be shown at checkout with estimated delivery times.

Due to GPSR regulations introduced in December 2024, we are no longer able to ship greeting cards or original art to Northern Ireland.

International Shipping

FINE ART PRINTS: We ship fine art prints worldwide. Europe can usually expect delivery of fine art prints within 4 to 7 working days after the date of despatch. Worldwide deliveries (excluding Europe) can expect delivery of fine art prints within 7 to 9 working days after the date of despatch.

GREETING CARDS: Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship greeting cards within the EU or Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations introduced in December 2024, and we no longer ship greeting cards to the US due to tariff charges now applying to low-value items. 

International greeting card orders (excluding EU and US) can expect delivery of the greeting card(s) within 7 to 9 working days after the date of despatch. 

Original Artwork Shipping

All original art is sent using trackable means and with insurance. UK shipping is included in the purchase price of original artwork. An additional shipping charge is applied at checkout for international orders outside of the UK.

We are unfortunately no longer able to ship original art to EU countries or Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations introduced in December 2024.

If you are outside the UK and you would like a large piece of original art that is not showing as shipping to your area, please contact us on jill[at]thethrivingwild.co.uk or via the contact page for a shipping quote.

Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not working days.
